Go me!

Hey, I walked more than 30,000 steps today and had a bike ride too... this'll help to work off some of the extra calories I consumed during the so called 'Festive' period!


(No I'm not going to tell you how much weight I gained by pigging out on food and drink, suffice it to say my weight loss programme took a large backward step. I feel a bit like this over-stuffed frog.)
